More Mutants and tall Six!

Here is the mutant and his buddy along with tall six from last year that has turned into tall seven!

I am very excited to get out this year into a couple of the new stands. The food plot is coming up and it is starting to get cool out! The season is not far away. I think we should get a counter on the side of the site counting down until opener! Then after opener we can get a counter until the end of the season. What do you guys think?

FawnSlayer out!

Why do we have so many mutant bucks?

Here is "wierd 4", "basket 4", and a small 6 pointer.
Maybe this is why we are growing some mutant bucks around Cannon Falls?

Here is the tall 7 and the wierd 4 pointer.

Here are some new pictures. The 8 pointer has a lot of potential, but I think he needs one more year. Maybe a nice first buck for Taylor or Heidi. Enjoy.

August 11, 2009 - Food Plots are in

Well, it has only taken 5 years, but they are finally in. I was able to plant 4+ acres using Reed and Hoppe's. I am very pleased with there work. They put in a hybrid clover with turnips, oats, and rape. Now we just need some rain and hopefully in two weeks we will have some growth. Stay tuned all season long. I hope we will have some big boys to post on the website. Nevertheless, attached a photos of some bucks from the trail camera. No shooters for me, but Taylor, Steve or Heidi may be tempted by the tall 7 pointer (probably only a 2 1/2 year old). I think he will need one more year to make P & Y. Enjoy.
