Thursday, October 29, 2009 p.m. Copper Creek
Thursday, October 29, 2009 p.m., 51 degrees, mostly cloudy, steady rain, wind N-NE 0-5 mph, sunset 6:00 p.m. (Hunting closes 6:30 p.m). I arrive at Copper Creek today with Heidi after a half day business review with my boss in Minneapolis. Unfortunately, it has been raining most of the day and is predicted most of the night. Nevertheless I sucked it up and snuck out through the creek bottom and up to the Twin Towers. I was all settled in by 4:45 p.m. Heidi decided to play it safe and stay in the warm and dry house and read a book. Smart Lady! I got soaked. I had to throw my clothes in the dryer when I got in, so that they will be ready for Friday am. Totals: Bob - 0 deer.
