Sunday, October 11, 2009 p.m., 41 degrees, partly cloudy, overcast, wind W-SW 3-5 mph, sunset 6:34 p.m. (Hunting closes 7:04 p.m). Tonight I decided to give Right Field another try. I figured that I might be able to do some light rattling and pull the bucks out of the corn. On my way in, I saw a big doe in the Stump food plot. She was in the far NE corner and she stayed there even after I left. I was all settled in by 5:00 p.m. I did hear a deer blowing a warning call to the NE of me down the hill towards Border Patrol. Otherwise nothing. Again! This is really starting to piss me off. Totals: Bob - 0 deer.
