Tonight, I decided to take Stubby and try my luck at the Ridgeback. Taylor snuck into Arlie's Nob through his pasture. We were both settled in by 3:15 p.m. At 3:55 p.m., Taylor spotted a doe to the north of him over on Arlie's. She must have gotten down wind of him, because she spooked off to the north. At 4:37 p.m., Taylor saw a doe down in the valley going south towards the apple tree. That was it. Totals: Bob - 0 deer Taylor - 2 deer, 2 does.
