Friday, October 15, 2010 pm, Sunset: 6:23 p.m. Hunting closes: 6:53 Temp: 65 degrees, Wind: SW 5-10mph but swirling. Mostly sunny. Heidi and I got to Romance Valley Farm around 4:00. I unpacked all of our gear, grabbed a quick shower and headed for the stand. I was all settled into Octopussy by 4:45. After the hunt, I plan on checking the camera to see what has been by this week. There is a herd management hunt (doe only) down at Copper Creek farm, so I am only able to hunt here. I heard some deer running around up on the hill, but nothing came down. Totals: Bob - 0 deer.
