Friday, September 26, 2008 p.m.
Friday, September 26, 2008 p.m., 76 degrees, mostly overcast, wind S-SW 5-10 mph, Sunset 7:00 p.m. (hunting close 7:30 p.m.). After sleeping in this morning, Eric, Ryan, and I all hung some news stands over some bait stations that Ryan had put out earlier this week. We shot our bows and then went back to the hotel to shower up. At 4:45 p.m., we all set up along Falk Lake about 250 yards apart. None of the baits are being hit as the weather has been unseasonable warm and there has been an unbelievable acorn crop that has dropped late. We were all still optimistic. Our optimism was fruitless as none of saw any bear. Totals: 0 Bear
