Wednesday, November 3, 2010 am, Sunrise: 7:54 a.m. Opener: 7:24. Temp: 38 degrees, Wind: SW 5-7 mph, mostly sunny. I'm flying solo this morning. I had such good luck last night, I decided to give the VAT another shot. While I was walking in from the top with Harry, I kicked up a deer that I had already walked past just off my drive way. I could see the faint shadow of it as it stood there when I walked down the hill. It must of thought why is that strange person carrying one of my buddies on his back. I was all set up and in position by 7:00. Unfortunately, that was the only tail that I saw all morning. Totals: Bob - 0 deer.
