I decided to give the the Hydration Nation stand a try this morning. At 10:45 am, I had a doe and a nubbin buck sneak in from the south behind me. They slowly worked their way down the hill towards the NE. They got to about 40 yards and bedded down. At 12:30, I got down and moved to Double D. At 4:25 pm, I heard something above me to the west. A small doe came down the hill going from west to east. Then 2 more came down the hill behind her. I was hoping a buck was following them. They got to the north of me and stopped. They sniffed around for a while and the headed back up the hill to the NW. At 4:55 pm, I heard something behind me and saw a doe down towards the valley going from north to south. That was it. Totals: 6 deer. 6 does and fawns.
